Nam Trang Cat Signs Strategic MOU with BTCT and SGP to Advance Next-Generation AI Data Center Development in Hai Phong

During its recent investment promotion and business trip to China, Nam Trang Cat Investment and Development JSC (NTC) officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BTCT Inc. and SG Partners (SGP) on 20th August 2026, marking an important step toward the development of a next-generation Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC) in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
The cooperation brings together three complementary capabilities. NTC contributes its land resources, infrastructure platform and local project execution capabilities in Vietnam. BTCT, a NASDAQ-listed company specializing in AI data center investment, construction and operation, brings international experience, industry resources, a cross-border client network and access to global capital markets. SGP, a Hong Kong-based asset management company, contributes its Asian investor network, financing expertise and project structuring capabilities.
The signing comes at a time when global demand for AI computing, data infrastructure and digital capacity is accelerating rapidly, while Vietnam continues to prioritize science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as key drivers of future economic growth. Located in Hai Phong — one of Northern Vietnam’s most important industrial and logistics hubs — Nam Trang Cat is positioned to expand beyond traditional industrial development and become a platform for high-tech industries and next-generation digital infrastructure.
Under the cooperation framework, the parties will work together on project preparation and engage with potential investors, customers, financing sources, suppliers and strategic partners across the AIDC ecosystem.
The MOU therefore represents more than a new partnership. It reflects NTC’s broader ambition to create an investment platform capable of connecting land, power, infrastructure, technology and international capital in one of Vietnam’s fastest-developing industrial regions.
Moving forward, NTC, BTCT and SGP will continue advancing project preparation, expanding the strategic partner network and exploring new opportunities in AI and digital infrastructure investment in Vietnam.

近日，在中国开展商务交流及投资促进活动期间，南长吉投资与发展股份公司（NTC）与 BTCT Inc. 及 SG Partners（SGP） 正式签署战略合作谅解备忘录（MOU），共同推进位于越南海防的新一代人工智能数据中心（AIDC）项目。
